Including senior experience across general management, sales, operations, procurement, strategy and performance management, Brent has an enjoyed an extensive and successful career primarily within the construction industry. During this time, Brent has developed a genuine passion and skillset for coaching and developing people to achieve tangible and measurable results.

Brent has joined the SalesStar coaching team in 2025 having successfully experienced SalesStar as a customer. This included a 2015 SalesStar pilot programme for G.J. Gardner Homes New Zealand when as Sales Manager for G.J. Gardner Homes Franklin & Papakura, Brentlead a team of New Home Consultants to a 45% lift of new homes sold year on year, a circa revenue improvement of $32,000,000 to $46,000,000.

Brent introduced SalesStar to B&D Group as their New Zealand National Sales Manager in 2017, resulting in a SalesStar strategy and programme delivered across New Zealand and Australia. Brent lead a successful sales strategy and execution in 2018, lifting B&D’s traditionally weak yet important Auckland (NZD) market share from 18% to over 35% within a 12-month period.
