Jack brings 30+ years of accomplished sales and leadership development experience to his clients. He has served as an individual producer, trainer, Regional Manager, and Leadership Consultant with Aflac. Most recently Jack served as Senior Director of Sales Training and Development with digital marketing firm RevLocal. Through Jack’s coaching and leadership, the RevLocal sales team grew from 70 to 200 people within 3 years and tripled revenue.
Jack is passionate about helping his clients grow by helping each employee become the best version of themselves. He works with sales leaders and their teams to gain a better understanding of how different behavioural styles impact leadership and effective communication among teams.
When Jack is not busy with his clients or family, he dedicates his life to his ministry work to giving back to his church and community.
