With twenty-five years consulting experience, Susan specialises in growing organisations through developing high performance sales leaders, sales teams and sales strategy. She has worked with small and medium businesses, as well as ASX and Fortune top 200 companies, helping them develop their Sales and Leadership strategy and capability. Susan has created training interventions for Telstra, Fortinet, Canon, CBA, Oracle, Novartis and Ebos.
Her commercial experience includes IT, financial services, medical, pharma, mining, FMCG and telecommunications. As a High-Performance Coach at SalesStar, Susan has also become intimately acquainted with a variety of other industries served by SalesStar, including manufacturing, logistics and construction, to name a few.
Susan is a certified Immunity to Change Facilitator, Leadership Effectiveness Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Certified Meta Coach and D.I.S.C. Assessor.
