Ilkka is experienced in leading positions in business transformation mainly from Sales and Service Management. Key activities are to identify business goals and strategies for achievement. He is also skilled in using different IT collaboration tools to achieve digital workplaces.

Apart from Executive Coaching Ilkka has over 20 years of business experience from multiple positions. He has worked with companies such as Volkswagen, Din Bil, Hemtex, KappAhl, Connect IT, Akzo Nobel, Unisys, Nilson Group and VGR.

Ilkka ́s multiple positions have given him a practical understanding and knowledge from operations to the C-Suite level. His years as a consultant added the perspective of strategic planning and the challenges of handling change on a staff level. The sales and Key Account Management positions has given him insight into the importance of creating business value and the ability to identify business needs.

Ilkka has an INLPTA NLP Masters- and ICF Coach Diploma with a PCC level of training, he has also a Human Element Phase 1 Diploma (FIRO-B) and certified Ensize D.I.S.C. assessor.

From there Leigh has held senior Sales, Account Management and Learning & Development roles for companies such as Fonterra. Adding some years consulting in the area of Sales & Leadership development, Leigh has facilitated & coached sales teams directly while also training coaches to do the same.

Although I am often in the background of what is going on I am dedicated to bringing the best of my skills to my work – part director, part cameraman, part soundman, part editor. I also handle in-house development and technology projects within SalesStar that innovate the delivery of our coaches and provide analytics at all stages of the company.
