Caitlin has built her entire career in the commercial building products and design industry, earning a reputation for driving growth, pioneering new markets, and elevating the performance of the teams she leads. From serving as a sales leader in major U.S. markets—including Washington, D.C., Dallas, and Minneapolis—to successfully launching new product lines and building a high-performing territory in Boise, ID, Caitlin has consistently excelled in every environment she’s entered.
Her passion for developing people and strengthening organizations led her to launch Cait Solutions in Cincinnati, where she has helped clients enhance interior environments while consulting with design, construction, and manufacturing leaders to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and organizational alignment.
As a Strategic Sales Coach with SalesStar, Caitlin now brings her industry expertise, leadership experience, and client-centered approach to support design and construction firms in building world-class sales cultures. She is deeply committed to helping leaders and their teams achieve clarity, accountability, and sustainable revenue growth.
Caitlin holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University. Outside of coaching, she is an avid reader, a college football enthusiast, a lover of red wine—and a proud mom to teenage twin boys who keep life busy, fun, and grounded.
