I grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato region of New Zealand, and now live in Cromwell (Central Otago) with my husband, two daughters and our two dogs, where we love getting outdoors as much as possible, enjoying everything that the region has to offer. I completed a Bachelor of Laws & a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Economics, Minor in Accounting) at Otago University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.
Throughout my career, I have had 15 years of business leadership & sales leadership experience across manufacturing and residential construction industries within NZ.
Before joining SalesStar I spent about 5 and a half years as a client and became a raving fan. I believe spending that time on the client side has given me a unique perspective that I can now share with my clients, as I have experienced the results first-hand. I have extensive experience within the recruitment/HR space and I’m passionate about people, as they are ultimately at the heart of what we do. I love supporting businesses to get the right people on board and putting the structure in place to help them to support and grow their teams. Building businesses that people want to work for.
