About Amaya

Amaya is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with more than four years of experience in project management, business operations and organizational development. As Business Operation Manager, she brings structure and visibility to how SalesStar runs, working across teams so coaches and clients can stay focused on growth. Before joining SalesStar, she led SaaS implementation and portfolio management initiatives at Ellucian for higher education institutions in the United States. She previously worked in sales operations at Forvia and in organizational development at SICOM. What motivates her most is seeing teams work in sync, and being the connection point that helps everything flow. She is based in Puebla, Mexico, and works in Spanish and English.
